Departure from Posadas, Misiones – Carlos Pellegrini
Transfer to Jorge Newbery Airport in Buenos Aires city. Reception and transfer from Posadas Airport to the hostel. It is one of the most important biological areas in Argentina, like other wetlands that regulate the water flow in the region.
The biodiversity of the environment is outstanding; it is shelter for a number of animal species, such as the marsh deer, the capybara, the crested screamer, the alligator and, within the vegetal variety of species, we have the aguapey, more known as the camalote.

Sailing Along Corrientes Stream & Bird Watching and of Autochthonous Fauna Observation Breakfast at the hostel. We will set out for a motorboat trip around the Iberá lagoons, go along the Corrientes stream where we will watch autochthonous fauna like alligators, marsh deer, capybaras, and also different bird species.
We will get back for lunch. After that, we will have a rest at the hostel and then walk around the forest through the interpretation trails. We will watch the autochthonous flora and the typical Iberá trees, and also the carayá monkeys and brown brocket deer. We will visit the Interpretation Center of the Iberá Reserve. We will have dinner at dusk. |

Sailing along Miriñay River. Canoeing in the Lagoon
Breakfast at the Inn. Again we will take a motorboat with our guide to do wild fauna watching. We will see the headwaters of Miriñay River and appreciate the great variety of birds. We will come back to the hostel to have lunch and rest.
In the afternoon we will try canoeing in the Lagoon, always accompanied by a guide. The hostel has Canadian canoes and single kayaks. We can practice minor fishing or “photographic safari”. We will get back at dusk and be welcomed with a barbecue and home-made empanadas (pies) (the specialty is black-face lamb). |

Corrientes Stream Voyage – Aguará and Camba Trapo Marshes Breakfast at the hostel. We will set out by motorboat for fauna sightseeing to watch the heron and marsh deer surrounding the external coast of the Corrientes stream. Lunch at the hostel. After a break, we will set out to the Aguará (40km away) or Camba Trapo (30km away) Marshes, riding on off-road vehicles (4x4).
We will watch wonderful aquatic birds. We will go across mounts, marshes and clusters of palms. We will have the chance to take some photos. We will stay to enjoy the sunset in the marshes and then come back to the hostel. |

Horse riding tour through the Marshes
Breakfast at the hostel. Very early we will set out to the Aguará Marshes on 4x4 vehicles. We will get to Puesto del Chino for our horse riding trip through the marshes going around the Aguará Marshes.
We will get across clusters of palms and swamps, and enjoy spectacular aquatic birds and the panoramic view of the marshes. We will have the chance to see the marsh deer. And at midday we will enjoy a native asado.
Then we will relax by the shadow of the mount or may be horse ride to the lagoon for bird watching and a photographic safari. After experiencing the dusk in the marshes, we will come back to have dinner at the hostel. |

Hostel/Optional Activities Breakfast at the hostel. We will rest in the morning or may be do some optional activities like kayaking or canoeing in the lagoon. Or perhaps travel around the Colony on mountain bikes. After lunch, we will say goodbye to the Iberá Marshes and Lagoons. |
