Lima
Reception and tranfer from Jorge Chavez airport in the City of Lima to the hotel. We will get to know the Colonial Lima, reminiscent of the viceroyalty times. We will start our tour visiting Plaza Mayor, which is located exactly where Francisco Pizarro founded the city of Lima in 1535.

We will also get to know its Cathedral, the Government Palace (the change of guard is an attractive ceremony that takes place every day at 11:45am). We cannot miss San Francisco Convent with its beautiful cloister, its office and catacombs, which served as cemetery during the Colonial period, and the pyramid-shape Huaca Huallamarca from the pre-Inca times, entirely built on sun-dried brick.

After going around the historic center, we will head for the modern neighborhoods such as San Isidro and Miraflores with their charming beaches and the busy commercial and night life. We will end our tour in the romantic Love Park, which has a magnificent sculpture that represents the Andean Lovers with view to the Pacific Ocean which we cannot miss.

Lima - Museos
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning off to do some shopping or rest. Then we will go to a restaurant to enjoy a typical Peruvian lunch, or if we want something different we can try international food. In the afternoon we will have to choose between the Gold Museum, Larco Herrera Museum and Amano Museum; we will visit one of them to discover the Inca and pre-Inca culture.

In the Gold Museum, we can find gold pieces from different Inca cultures of Peru. Larco Herrera Museum shows an important collection of ceramics, fabrics and craftsmanship in precious metals from the north of the country. Finally, in Amano Museum we can see a private collection of ceramics and fabrics from the pre-Inca times.

Cusco
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport of Lima to take a flight to Cuzco. Morning off. In the afternoon we will visit the Imperial City of the Incas: Cuzco.

We will stop at the Temple of the Sun (Qorikancha) that is Santo Domingo Church nowadays. Cuzco stands out because of its typical streets and its picturesque small squares. Also we will go to see the ruins surrounding the city: Sacsayhuaman Fortress, Q’ engo, Puca-Pucara and Tambomachay.

We could not miss the Renaissance Cathedral in Cuzco, especially its facade and the inside, where we can appreciate cedar wood carvings in the choir and the pulpit, Cuzco school paintings and embossed silverware, making this Cathedral an unforgettable place.

Cuzco - Pisac Market - Ollantaytambo - Cuzco
Breakfast at the hotel. We will spend the whole day getting to know the Sacred Valley of the Incas. We will stop off at the typical craft market in the town of Pisac, where we can appreciate the quality of Peruvian craftsmanship. Bear in mind that it is only open on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

On Sundays, we can witness a mass in Quechua language in which the indigenous mayors or Varayocs take part. At midday, we will have lunch and then stroll around the archeological park of Ollantaytambo next to the city of Cuzco. Ollantaytambo Park is famous for its typical main Temple. Then we will go back to Cuzco to spend the night.

Cusco - Machu Picchu
Breakfast at the hotel. We will go into Machu Picchu Archeological Complex. Such complex is located in the sub-tropical region of Cuzco at 2,350 meters above sea level. We will go to the train station where we will start our visit.

We will be dazzled by the stunning and marvelous Machu Picchu Complex, where we will visit its squares, temples, platforms, ceremonial sites and its royal palace, apart from seeing the famous Inti Watana, or the Solar Clock and an incredible series of rock natural spring fountains. We will have lunch at midday and, after our Machu Picchu adventure, we will return to the Imperial City of the Incas.

Machu Picchu - Cusco

Later we will go to a restaurant to taste some rich Peruvian food. We will taste the traditional liquor that is the base of the worldwide known Pisco Sour. We can enjoy the Peruvian folklore.
