Puerto Madryn
Transfer to domestic Airport (Jorge Newbery) in Buenos Aires. Reception and transfer from Trelew Airport to the hotel.
Punta Tombo
Breakfast at the hotel. During the morning, we will go to the penguin rookery in Punta Tombo, which is one of the largest colonies of continental penguins of the world, where, depending on the season, it is possible to observe their reproductive cycle. In Punta Tombo, penguins can be found from September to middle March. Back to the hotel.
Península Valdés
Breakfast at the hotel. We will spend the day in Peninsula Valdes (tour to see the whales included). This natural paradise takes us to the sea fauna in their natural habitat. It is possible to see elephant seals, sea birds and the main character of the peninsula: the Southern Right Whale that can be found in the waters of Puerto Pirámides from July to middle December.
Exit to Ushuaia
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Trelew Airport. Reception and transfer from Ushuaia Airport to the hotel. We´ll have free time for sightseeing.
City Tour and Beagle Channel
Breakfast at the hotel. We'll spend the morning in the city, visiting the legendary and ancient Jail of Recidivists, that keeps its impressive architecture as well as the tough history of the south of the American Continent. We'll visit the harbour, the Paseo del Centenario (a fantastic panoramic point) and the Bebán house that was bought in Sweden and built in 1911.

At the afternoon we will navigate the Beagle Channel and will visit the Island of Los Pájaros, the Island of Los Lobos, and the Les Eclaireurs lighthouse. We'll watch many species of local birds and seals.
Lake Fagnano and Escondido
Breakfast at the hotel. Here the forests get thicker and, in the Cordillera de los Andes, appears Lake Escondido. Then the road starts to descend to show the splendid Fagnano Lake. We'll see the village of Tolhuin, rising in the middle of the woods, almost at the edge of the Lake Fagnano.

The village has the typical charm of small towns, with bungalows and streets that get lost in continuous hillocks. It is a transition area where the arid steppes change into the profusion of the woods.
National Park of Tierra del Fuego - Train at the End of the World - Exit to Calafate
Breakfast at the hotel. We'll take the Train at the End of the World, from the central station to the National Park of Tierra del Fuego. The Austral Fueguino Railroad is attractive not only because of its elegance and style but also because it evokes the history of the early days of Ushuaia related to the old jail and the train of the convicts. We'll cross Pipo River to reach our first stop: La Macarena.

The second stop will show us the remains of the old sawmill. Then the train leaves the river to get to a beautiful forest. From that point we'll continue our journey to the National Park of Tierra del Fuego where we'll find the Pipo Falls, Bahía Ensenada, Roca Lake, Negra Lagoon and, finally, Lepataia Bay. Transfer to Ushuaia Airport. Reception and transfer from Calafate Airport to the hotel.
Perito Moreno Glacier
Breakfast at the hotel. We'll visit one of the greatest marvels of the world: the Perito Moreno Glacier, declared World's heritage. Its characteristic is the breaking of its external walls due to the pressure of the water of the river.
Mini Trekking - Perito Moreno Glacier
Breakfast at the hotel. We'll seek for one of the main attractives of our trip: Perito Moreno Glaciar. And what is better to do that trekking on top of it? We'll be gahered up to go to the bay port "Bajo de Las Sombras". We´ll go on board to get to the opposite shore of Península de Magallanes, crossing the Lago Argentino.

We'll walking accross a coast path to reach to the south side of the glaciar. We'll put our metal crampons on, vital for ice trekking. We'll have a brief talk about technique of the use of crampons and about the history of the glaciers, native flora and fauna. Now, we´re ready to start the slow climbing accross the glaciar.

We can appreciate the different formations of the glaciar and the variety of colours reflecting on ice, making a fantastic enviroment. There are no words enough to describe our experience, which is unbelievable! We'll go into the woods, having a different sight of the glaciar. After we arrive into the refuge and have lunch we´ll return. The ship gets close to the frontal wall of the glacier so that we can appreciate the real enormity of this gift of nature.
Navigation to Argentinian Lake
Breakfast at the hotel. We'll go to Punta Bandera to make for Argentino Lake. First we'll go to the northern part of the lake where we'll see the icebergs floating adrift and then to the Upsala Glacier.

Then we'll go back to Onelli Bay where we'll go ashore. Through a forested path we'll reach one of the most beautiful panoramic points of the tour: the confluence of the Glaciers Onelli, Agassiz and Bolado. On our way back to the hotel we will be able to see the Boca del Diablo.
Exit to Chaltén
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer from Calafate to Chalten (200km).
Navigation to Viedma Glacier - OPTIONAL
Breakfast at the hotel. We will go to Bahía Túnel Harbour, to sail Lake Viedma. When we get to Cape Horn (Southeast of Campo Ventisqueros) we will turn west to meet the spectacular Viedma Glacier.

Then we will get to the rocky promontory that rises in front of the Glacier, to start a short stroll through caverns of ice. Then we will go to the Glacier to come back sailing on the breaking area. This area has a peculiar blue shade product of the pressure put on the ice when it falls in the waters of Lake Viedma.
Trekking Day - Fitz Roy
Breakfast at the hotel. Free trekking day. This will be a trekking-day. We will go through the path that leads to the base of the Fitz Roy Mount, the Los Tres lagoon. This will take about 8 hours.

It's a steep path that ascends about 1200 metres and goes through the forest, in which we will see the wonderful Lake Capri. If weather conditions are favourable we will be able to see the magnificent view of the Fitz Roy Mount and Torre Hill.
Desert Lake - El Chaltén
Breakfast at the hotel. We will set out for the Desert Lake (wrongly named Desert Lagoon). The road will take us to a magnificent path surrounded by a dense forest of lengas and ñires up to the beautiful Desert Lake. We will sail down the lake among a heavenly landscape trapped by the Andes Mountains.

Bariloche
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Calafate Airport. Reception and transfer from San Carlos de Bariloche Airport to the hotel.

Esquel - Bariloche
Breakfast at the hotel. We will head for Esquel. Afternoon off to rest.
Los Alerces National Park
Breakfast at the hotel. Los Alerces is one of the most attractive national parks in the world for yearly tourists who find it a wild and extremely beautiful environment. The basin formed by a number of lakes such as Futalaufquen, Menéndez, Verde, Rivadavia and crystalline water rivers give us the opportunity to sail in summer on comfortable ships that lead to the most important forest of thousand-year larch trees in Argentina.
Trevelin and Futaleufú
Breakfast at the hotel. Trevelin is the nearest city to Esquel, center of the Welsh population, who settled at the end of the nineteenth century. In the building of the ancient Molino Andes (Andes Mill), you can visit the Regional Museum where you can find an exhibition of objects, photographs and maps of the settling.

Futaleufú Hydroelectric Complex, located in the southern region of Los Alerces National Park and built within a landscape of extraordinary beauty, generates the electricity that allows Aluar operation in Puerto Madryn.
Patagonian Express La Trochita
Breakfast at the hotel. Declared as National Historical Heritage, this small 75cm gauge steam train travels along 22km, a part of the Patagonian steppe, with its small wagons heated by iron salamanders fed by firewood.

The train has a cozy dinning-car that offers the possibility of tasting delicious cakes, accompanied by hot chocolate or a good coffee. In Nahuel Pan Station, final destination of the trip, there is a craft center where tourists can get different handicrafts manufactured by local craftsmen.
Esquel - Bariloche
Breakfast at the hotel. We will set out for San Carlos de Bariloche. Afternoon off to rest, or do some shopping in the city.
Short Circuit - Navegation to Victoria Island and Arrayanes Woods.
Breakfast at the hotel. During the morning, we will take Circuito Corto (Short Circuit) to see the wonderful landscapes surrounding San Carlos de Barliloche: lakes, mountains and forests. It begins in Bariloche through Bustillo's Avenue bordering Nahuel Huapi's Lake. Road to Llao Llao.

At the afternoon we´ll take a Catamaran Navigation to Victoria Island and Arrayanes Woods. We'll leave from Puerto Pañuelo (Llao Llao), and after sailing for 11 kms. (7 miles), we'll arrive to Puerto Anchorena in Victoria Island. We'll walk around the Island, looking at the ex-Conifer's nursery. We'll go on board again and face the Port of Quetrihue, located in Quetrihue's Peninsula, were we'll visit the famous Arrayanes Woods. It consists in a unique arboreal formation with ancient trees.

The barks of these trees are cold, totally plain and cinnamon colored. It has white flowers, similar to the ones of the orange blossom and violet fruits of pleasant taste. The Arrayanes Woods were declared untouchable area and Natural monument.
Mount Tronador
Breakfast at the hotel. We will head for Gutierrez Lake and then to the Seven Color Lake: Mascardi Lake. We will skirt around Los Moscos Lake and Manso River, and further ahead the Hess Lake and finally the Roca River to reach Los Alerces Cascade.

From the viewpoint of the cascade, you can see the river rushing furiously among the high rocks. Then we will spend some time at the foot of Mount Tronador, from where you can reach up to the Glacier tongue itself.
Exit to San Martín de los Andes - City Tour
Breakfast at the hotel. We´ll go to our new objective: the beautiful city of San Martin de los Andes, with its native architecture, according to a balanced natural harmony. Exiting from the center of our city walk through its streets to arrive at La Vega San Martín, returning by the shore of Lake Lacar until the viewpoint of Sol de los Andes, during the tour guides will tell you about the history of the city, its architecture and local anecdotes.
City Tour and Quila Quina
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, we will visit the beautiful city of San Martín de los Andes. In the afternoon, through the road of the Seven Lakes we will get to the way to the Mapuche community area: the beautiful Quila Quina Villa.

This route is a real pleasure due to the stunning views that are waiting for us; we will go through truly virgin typical forests. This is a very picturesque village where we will find lovely residence resorts. We will walk along the interpretation path El Cipresal up to Cascada del Arroyo Grande (Big Stream Fall).
7 Lakes Circuit & Villa La Angostura
Breakfast at the hotel. We will make a tour across the south border of the Lácar Lake by the Seven Lakes circuit, where we can observe certain "mapuches" communities. We will go towards to Chapelco hill so that we can go over the lakes Machónico, Falkner, Villarino, Escondido, Correntoso y Espejo.

We will stop at this stretch, in Quintupuray to follow the way to Nahuel Huapi lake, between Villa La Angostura and Bariloche. By midday we will arrive at Villa La Angostura, where we will visit daydream places like Nahuel Huapi, El Messidor, Bahía Manzano, Mirador Arrayán and Cascada Río Bonito ports.

Then there is a time to have lunch and take a walk over the surroundings enjoying the nature. After that we Hill return to San Martín de los Andes. Notice: The Seven Lakes Circuit is impassable some days in winter because of the snowing. In case we cannot make this activity we will make another programme.

OPTIONAL - Lácar and Nonthue Lakes Navegation

We will set out at midday sailing along Lácar and Nonthué Lakes up to the headwaters of Hua Hum River, near the border with Chile. Setting out from the dock, we will go around the peninsula that closes the head of the lake: there we will see Paraje Trompul (Trompul Place), where we will find the Mapuche community.

Then we will cross Yuco Peninsula, where we will see the park ranger station, after that we will visit Santa Teresita and Duck's Island. Lácar Lake is the only one in the basin that flows into the Pacific Ocean; we will get to a highly contrasting and scarsely deep narrows.

The waters form the little Nonthué Lake; here we will disembark at Chachín Port, an ancient wood establishment from the beginning of the last century. We will head for Chachín Cascade, which has almost 30 meters high fully overlooking the dense vegetation.

We will get on the ship again to head for Hua Hum quay, situated on the banks of Nonthué Lake, and it is named for the river that has its source in that lake, and flows into the Pacific Ocean. On our way back, we will see the ports of Pucará and Ruca Ñire, ancient wood establishment from almost a century ago when the economy of the region was based on this activity
Junin de los Andes - Lanín Volcano - Huechulafquen Lake
Breakfast at the hotel. We will set out for Junín de los Andes, going round the Chimehuín River up to its source, the magnificent Huechulafquen Lake. The Lanín Volcano will accompany us in our entire journey with its stunning figure.

Then we will get to Canoa Port and Paimún Lake. We will also have the opportunity to visit the CEAN (Neuquén Applied Ecology Center) and share some mates and tortas fritas (fritters) with people of the Mapuche community.
Junin de los Andes - Lahuen-Co Thermae
Breakfast at the hotel. Day off to rest or take optional activities.

Epulafquen Lake & Lahuen-Co Thermae - OPTIONAL
We go to the Lolog Lake and to the Curruhue Chico and Grande Lakes, finding in this one an araucarias wood. Later we will pasa by the Green Lagoon, of particular characteristics, surrounding of the legendary Escorial of the Epulafquen Volcano y finally we will arrive at Lahuen-Co Thermae. The thermae lay on a deep valley surrounding by the mountains. The zone is made of soft and marshy land where a big amount of water flows to form the thermae.
