Lima
Reception and transfer from Jorge Chavez
airport in the City of Lima to the hotel.
Arrival at Lima. We will visit the Historical
Center of Lima, and see the PASEO DE LA
REPÚBLICA, SAN MARTIN SQUARE, PLAZA
MAYOR, the Government Palace, the Cathedral
Basilica, the Arbishop’s Palace,
the Municipal Palace and Santo Domingo
Church.
Then we will go to visit SAN FRANCISCO
CHURCH and the residential areas of
Olivar de San Isidro, Miraflores and
Larco Mar, where we will have a stunning
view of the Pacific Ocean.

Lima/Cuzco (City Tour and Neighboring Ruins)
Breakfast at the hotel. AM. Breakfast. Transfer
from the airport to fly to Cuzco (not included).
Reception at Cuzco airport and transfer
to the hotel. We will get acclimatized drinking
the traditional “Mate de Coca.”
In the afternoon we will visit Cuzco
city, PLAZA DE ARMAS, THE CATHEDRAL and
the KORICANCHA Complex in honor of the
“Sun,” main God of the Inca
Empire.
Then we will stroll along the majestic
SACSAYHUAMAN Fortress next to Cuzco, QUENQO
Amphitheater, PUCA-PUCARA Fortress, and
TAMBOMACHAY Archeological Complex known
as Inca's Baths.

Inca Road System (Cuzco/Km 104 / Aguas Calientes)
Breakfast at the hotel. We will get up very
early to go to the train station that will
take us to Km 104. On our second walk, we
will firstly stop at CHACHABAMBA archeological
site (2,100 meters above sea level).
Then we will continue our trekking up
to WIÑAYWAYNA (2,650 m.a.s.l.)
where we will have lunch. In the afternoon
we will go on our trip through the semi-tropical
forest to INTIPUNKU (Door of the Sun -
2,750 m.a.s.l.) where we will enjoy the
first panoramic view of the stunning Machu
Picchu.
Finally we will go down through the hillside
of the fortress to get the bus that will
take us to AGUAS CALIENTES town, where
we will spend the night.

Inca Road System (Aguas Calientes/Machu
Picchu/Cuzco)
Breakfast at the hotel. We will travel
by bus to MACHU PICCHU Complex to enjoy
the dawn in this imposing place. Once
the control has been made, we will start
our visit.
Firstly we will go to the Agricultural
Sector (platforms) and then the Urban
Sector (religious and military constructions,
and residential buildings), where we can
see the Temple of the Sun, the Inti Watana,
the Temple of the Three Windows and the
Sacred Rock.
In the afternoon we will go down to AGUAS
CALIENTES and later we will take the train
back to Cuzco.

Cuzco/Arequipa (City Tour and Santa Catalina)
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer from the
airport to fly to Arequipa. We will visit
PLAZA DE ARMAS, the Cathedral, COMPAÑÍA
DE JESUS Church, the colonial district of
YANAHUARA (the Viewpoint), San Lazaro neighborhood,
Chilina Ravine and the residential area
of Selva Alegre.
Then we will go to SANTA CATALINA CONVENT,
the only one of its kind in South America,
opened for tourism again in 1970.

Arequipa/Colca Valley
Breakfast at the hotel. We will head for
COLCA VALLEY, going up through the sides
of Chachani snow-capped mountain, reaching
a maximum height of 4,800 meters above sea
level. During the trip, we can enjoy stunning
views of volcanoes and snowy peaks in the
Mountain Range.
Colca Canyon is located in Colca Valley,
being one of the deepest canyons of the
world. The majestic flight of condors
can be seen quite closely in the highest
area: the Condor Crossing. On our way
up, we will go through beautiful landscapes
of platforms and snow-capped mountains.
Then we will start going down to the
town of Chivay to enjoy the Thermal Baths
of the Quarry (not included). Then we
will go back to Colca Valley to spend
the night.

Colca Valley (Colca Canyon)/Arequipa
Breakfast at the hotel. Again we will
get up very early to go to THE CONDOR
CROSSING area (1,300 m.a.s.l.), where
we will watch one of the most marvelous
places of Colca Canyon and enjoy the condors’
majestic flying.
When going back, we will see the beautiful
Inca platforms and pass by the towns of
Pinchollo, Maca, Achoma and Yanque. In
the afternoon we will arrive at Chivay
for lunch (not included). We will go back
to the hotel in Arequipa to spend the
night.
