Lima
We will be welcomed and transferred from Jorge Chavez airport in Lima to the hotel.

Lima
Breakfast at the hotel. We will get to know the Colonial Lima, reminiscent of the viceroyalty times. We will start our tour visiting Plaza Mayor, its cathedral; the Government Palace, San Francisco Convent with its beautiful cloister, its office and catacombs, which served as cemetery during the Colonial period, and the Huaca Huallamarca from the pre-Inca times.

After going around the historic center, we will head for the modern neighborhoods such as San Isidro and Miraflores with their charming beaches and the busy commercial and night life. We will end our tour in the romantic Love Park, which has a magnificent sculpture that represents the Andean Lovers with view to the Pacific Ocean which we cannot miss.

For lunch we will have a typical Peruvian dish. We will visit the Gold Museum, where there are gold pieces of different Inca cultures, and Larco Herrera Museum, where we can see an important collection of ceramics from the Inca times.

Lima - Arequipa
Breakfast at the hotel. We will be transferred to Lima airport to fly to Arequipa. During the rest of the morning we can do some optional activities: visiting Colonial Arequipa, the countryside and the Sabandía Mill, or tasting the exquisite dishes of the Arequipa cuisine.

In the afternoon, we will visit the second biggest city in Peru: Arequipa. In Arequipa the colonial architecture is nicely preserved, and it combines with modern neighborhoods such as the residential one of Selva Alegre.

We will visit Plaza de Armas, its cathedral; the chromium-plated dome of Compañia de Jesus Church with its cloisters and the arcade of sculpted ashlars; the district of Yanahuara; San Francisco Square and Church; the Chilina Ravine and the famous Santa Catalina Convent.

Arequipa - Colca
Breakfast at the hotel. We will get up very early to start our trip to the deepest canyon in the world. In this itinerary we will visit the town of Yura, and be dazzled by the presence of the Chachani snowy mountain and Misti volcano.

We will pass by the Cañahuas Pampas with lots of vicuñas, the towns of Vischachani, La Pulpera, Callalli, Sibayo, and finally come to the town of Chivay, where we will visit the market and the church. We will accommodate in an Andean House or Pozo del Cielo, in Chivay.

Colca - Arequipa
Breakfast at the hotel. Coming back to Arequipa, we will get to know many towns such as Yanque, Puente Cervantes, Achoma and Lari. We will also visit the Condor Crossing, where we can watch condors flying, since this place is a magnificent natural viewpoint. If we cannot see the condors here, we will go to another natural viewpoint, for example Tapay. We will get back to Chivay, Patapampa, Yura and finally return to the city of Arequipa.
Arequipa - Juliaca - Puno
Breakfast at the hotel. We will set out for Arequipa airport to fly to the city of Juliaca. Once there, we will head for Puno, where we will spend the night. We will have the afternoon off to do optional activities or just rest. In the evening, we suggest having an Andean dinner show to enjoy the Peruvian folklore at the greatest splendor.

Puno - Uros Island - Las Chullpas
Breakfast at the hotel. We will set out for Puerto de Puno sailing on motorboats to Uros Island, where the inhabitants of Lake Titicaca have the same customs and culture as their ancestors.

Uros Island is formed by a group of large reed floating islands inhabited by the native people called Uros. These people are descendants of one of the America's most ancient cultures. Their economy is based on fishing and hunting, although they devote much time to doing wool tapestry and stuffing animals.

These islands are part of the Titicaca National Reserve. In the afternoon, we will go to the archeological region of Sillustani situated near Puno at 4,000 meters above sea level. We will see the Chullpas, which are stunning funeral monuments (anciently called necropolis) built by Indians from the Altiplano and surrounded by the picturesque Umayo Lagoon.

The Chullpas are quadrangular and circular structures of up to 12 meters high, and how they were done is a challenge for the balance laws because they are smaller at the bottom than at the top.

Puno - Cusco
Breakfast at the hotel. We will head for the bus terminal to start our new adventure and discover the Imperial City of the Incas: Cuzco. Reception and transfer from Cuzco bus terminal to the hotel. We will have the rest of the day off.
Cusco
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning off. In the afternoon we will visit the Imperial City of the Incas: Cuzco. We will stop at the Temple of the Sun (Qorikancha) that is Santo Domingo Church nowadays. Cuzco stands out because of its typical streets and its picturesque small squares. Also we will go to see the ruins surrounding the city: Sacsayhuaman Fortress, Q’ engo, Puca-Pucara and Tambomachay.

We could not miss the Renaissance Cathedral in Cuzco, especially its facade and the inside, where we can appreciate cedar wood carvings in the choir and the pulpit, Cuzco school paintings and embossed silverware, making this Cathedral an unforgettable place.

Cuzco - Pisac Market - Ollantaytambo - Cuzco
Breakfast at the hotel. We will spend the whole day getting to know the Sacred Valley of the Incas. We will stop off at the typical craft market in the town of Pisac, where we can appreciate the quality of Peruvian craftsmanship. Bear in mind that it is only open on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

On Sundays, we can witness a mass in Quechua language in which the indigenous mayors or Varayocs take part. At midday, we will have lunch and then stroll around the archeological park of Ollantaytambo next to the city of Cuzco. Ollantaytambo Park is famous for its typical main Temple. Then we will go back to Cuzco to spend the night.

Cusco - Machu Picchu
Breakfast at the hotel. We will go into Machu Picchu Archeological Complex. Such complex is located in the sub-tropical region of Cuzco at 2,350 meters above sea level. We will go to the train station where we will start our visit.

We will be dazzled by the stunning and marvelous Machu Picchu Complex, where we will visit its squares, temples, platforms, ceremonial sites and its royal palace, apart from seeing the famous Inti Watana, or the Solar Clock and an incredible series of rock natural spring fountains. We will have lunch at midday and, after our Machu Picchu adventure, we will return to the Imperial City of the Incas.

Machu Picchu - Cusco
Breakfast at the hotel. Day off. We suggest seeing the sights of Machu Picchu Complex again. In the afternoon we will go back to Cuzco city.
